1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup bran flakes, crushed

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1/4 cup neutral oil (canola or vegetable)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a mini loaf or muffin tin.
