Preparation Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and brush the basket with cooking oil.
- Mix the spice blend and set aside.
- Combine cornflakes, makhana, cashews, and raisins in the basket and air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 2-3 minutes.
- Add peanuts and roasted gram dal; air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Crisp the sev and boondi in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
- Prepare tadka by heating oil and adding green and red chillies, along with curry leaves.
- Combine all air-fried ingredients in the pan and sprinkle the spice mix over the top.
- Cool the mixture completely before transferring to an airtight container.
