  • 2 teaspoons Avocado oil for drizzling

  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 stalks Green onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha optional for heat

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the filling by combining cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if using) in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stuff each mini sweet pepper half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange the stuffed peppers in your air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Drizzle with avocado oil before air frying.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are fork-tender.
