- In a large bowl, combine the honey, ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, cinnamon, cloves, and breadcrumbs. Stir until everything is well mixed and forms a cohesive dough.
- With clean hands, take small portions of the dough and shape them into round, flattened cookies. Aim for about 1 inch in thickness to ensure they bake evenly.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Carefully place the shaped cookies on the sheet, leaving some space between each cookie for spreading.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and fragrant.
