Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Sift the flour and set aside.

  5. Gradually mix in the salt and sifted flour until the dough starts to come together.
  6. Form the dough into a ball. Roll it out on a floured surface to about 3/4 inches thick.
  7. Cut out cookies using a round cookie cutter and transfer them to the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for approximately 6 minutes or until just set.
  9. Cool the cookies on the sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
  10. Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and apple cider until smooth.
