Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it reaches about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Combine the sugar and ground cinnamon in another bowl, mixing them evenly.
- Brush the melted butter generously over the rolled-out dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cut the dough into 1-inch-wide strips, gently twist each strip, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
