Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cooked shredded chicken and grated cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Prepare the Tortillas: Place approximately 2 heaping tablespoons of the chicken filling at the edge of each tortilla. Roll them tightly and position seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Season and Bake: Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
