How to Make Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each croissant in half lengthwise. Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on the inside of the bottom half. Layer with slices of ham and cheese, then place the top half back on.
- If using an egg for a golden finish, beat it and brush it over the top of each croissant.
- Arrange the filled croissants on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Allow the croissants to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with a drizzle of honey mustard for an extra flavor boost. These croissants can be customized with different meats or cheeses.
