  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce optional
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for dairy-free
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

How to Make Baked Salmon in Foil
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut two sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil into rectangles measuring 14 x 12 inches.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of each foil sheet and arrange the trimmed asparagus alongside.
  4. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
  5. Mix the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl, then drizzle this mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Distribute the butter pieces evenly on top of the salmon and asparagus.
  7. Fold the foil tightly around the salmon and asparagus.
  8. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet, then bake for 9-12 minutes.
  9. Carefully open the packets, drizzle with additional lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
