How to Make Baked Salmon in Foil
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut two sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil into rectangles measuring 14 x 12 inches.
- Place the salmon fillets in the center of each foil sheet and arrange the trimmed asparagus alongside.
- Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
- Mix the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl, then drizzle this mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Distribute the butter pieces evenly on top of the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the foil tightly around the salmon and asparagus.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet, then bake for 9-12 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets, drizzle with additional lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
