  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs opt for gluten-free if needed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese substitute with nutritional yeast for a vegan choice
  • 1 large Egg consider flaxseed meal as a vegan alternative
  • 1/4 cup Parsley can substitute with cilantro
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic or garlic powder works in a pinch
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice lime juice is a suitable alternative
  • to taste Salt

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt sour cream or non-dairy yogurt can replace
  • 1 ripe Avocado ensure it’s fully ripe for best results
  • to taste Jalapeños optional, for a spicy kick
  • to taste Hot Sauce optional, for a spicy kick

How to Make Baked Salmon Meatballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together until just mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place each on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until they are firm and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending together the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
  6. Serve the warm meatballs with the creamy avocado sauce for dipping, garnished with fresh herbs.
