Baking Instructions

  4. Blend both sugars and melted butter in a stand mixer; beat until well combined.

  6. Mix in the dry ingredients gradually until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  8. Scoop the dough using a ¼ cup measure, placing dough balls on the cookie sheets spaced 3 inches apart.
  9. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  11. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool slightly before serving.
