How to Make Baklava Toast
  1. Slice sourdough to preferred thickness and toast until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Combine goat cheese (or cream cheese), honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, toss chopped pistachios, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt. Mix well.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture generously on the toasted bread and pile the nut mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!
