How to Make Baklava Toast
- Slice sourdough to preferred thickness and toast until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
 - Combine goat cheese (or cream cheese), honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
 - In another bowl, toss chopped pistachios, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt. Mix well.
 - Spread the cheese mixture generously on the toasted bread and pile the nut mixture on top. Serve and enjoy!

For a refreshing twist, consider adding orange zest into the cheese mix. Assemble in advance and store cheese and nut mixtures separately for quick prep.
