How to Make Banana and Peanut Butter Chew Sticks
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the natural peanut butter and coconut oil, stirring until creamy.
  4. Incorporate the oat flour gradually, stirring until a firm dough forms.
  5. Shape your dough into chew sticks using a piping bag or by rolling by hand.
  6. Arrange the chew sticks on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes for softer chews or reduce temperature to 200°F (90°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours for firmer chews.
  8. Cool the chew sticks completely on a wire rack before serving.
  9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
