Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb Fresh Salmon skinless fillets cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder substitute with fresh minced garlic for a robust taste
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika regular paprika works as a substitute if needed
  • 1 tsp Salt feel free to adjust based on dietary needs
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground is preferred for the best flavor
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or use regular breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for coating the salmon before cooking
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a healthier alternative
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce adjust the quantity based on your spice preference
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha use sparingly for a milder flavor
  • 1 tbsp Honey maple syrup can be used as a vegan substitute
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed is recommended
For the Bowl Assembly
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice consider cauliflower rice for a low-carb option
  • 1 cup Purple Cabbage green cabbage or preferred salad greens are suitable substitutes
  • 1 medium Avocado can be omitted or replaced with cucumbers
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots swap with another crunchy vegetable if desired
  • 2 green onions Green Onions use chives or omit if unavailable
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro feel free to leave it out if not a fan
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds chopped nuts are a great alternative

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon cubes by tossing them with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Coat the salmon cubes in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick. Then, spray with olive oil.
  4. Bake or Air Fry the salmon until it’s golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Make the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  6. Assemble the Bowls: Start with a base of jasmine rice, layer in the purple cabbage, avocado, and shredded carrots, then top with your crispy salmon bites.
  7. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
