Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon cubes by tossing them with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Coat the salmon cubes in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick. Then, spray with olive oil.
- Bake or Air Fry the salmon until it’s golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
- Assemble the Bowls: Start with a base of jasmine rice, layer in the purple cabbage, avocado, and shredded carrots, then top with your crispy salmon bites.
- Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
