  • 4 fillets Salmon Can be replaced with cod or tilapia.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to your spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can be used for a twist.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice Fresh lime is preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used for stronger taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Gently pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper, then place on a baking tray.
  3. Set oven's broiler to high and broil salmon for about 10 minutes, watching closely.
  4. During the last minute, brush sauce over the salmon to glaze it.
  5. Plate the salmon, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with lime wedges or herbs.
