How to Make Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Boil the chicken breasts in a large pot of water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and set aside.
- Combine in a large mixing bowl the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped green onion. Stir well until everything is smoothly blended together.
- Fold in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm alongside your favorite crackers, veggies, or toasted baguette slices.

Optional: Top with extra green onions for a pop of freshness. Prepare the dip a day in advance to ease stress during serving.
