How to Make Best Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Boil the chicken breasts in a large pot of water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and set aside.
  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped green onion. Stir well until everything is smoothly blended together.
  3. Fold in half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the cheddar cheese, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm alongside your favorite crackers, veggies, or toasted baguette slices.
