- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 4×8 inch loaf pan by greasing it lightly.
- Mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle three-quarters of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
- Cover the cinnamon filling with the remaining batter.
- Swirl gently through the layers with a butter knife.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring the loaf to a wire rack.
