  • 2 tablespoons Zhoug Sauce Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sumac
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley

  1. Rinse the chickpeas: Begin by rinsing and draining your canned chickpeas to remove excess sodium and liquid.

  3. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt. Pulse until creamy and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Tahini: Add tahini, ground cumin, and olive oil. Blend again, adding ice water gradually until you reach desired consistency.
