How to Make the Best Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the ground beef, Stove Top stuffing, eggs, water, and half the ketchup in a large bowl until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the remaining ketchup evenly over the top of the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
