For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup BBQ sauce can be a variation
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Honey or maple syrup works as well
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon juice can substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard as an option

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with greased foil or parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Combine the meatloaf ingredients in a large mixing bowl, gently mixing them until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into two loaves on the prepared sheet, making a shallow center in each.
  5. Spread the glaze over the loaves, applying generously.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Rest the meatloaf for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
