  • 8 oz farfalle pasta

  • 1/4 cup red onions finely diced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
For the Finish

Directions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Farfalle pasta according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Crisp the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the thick-cut bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: In a large bowl, gently toss together the cooked pasta, crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, finely diced red onions, and BBQ sauce.
  5. Dress the Salad: Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well-coated.
  6. Finish with Olive Oil: Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything one last time.
