How to Make Bubble Up Pizza Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until crumbled and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in diced bell peppers and sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid and mix in the pizza sauce.
  4. Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits and cut each biscuit into six pieces. Layer biscuit pieces evenly in the greased baking dish.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the biscuit pieces in the baking dish, gently stirring. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle turkey pepperoni over top.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are bubbly and golden brown.
