Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin substitute with ribeye or flank steak if needed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder can substitute with minced fresh onion
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper fresh ground is best
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust according to taste
For Cooking
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter use margarine or ghee for dairy-free
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or canola/avocado oil
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, can replace with chives

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
  2. Coat the beef sirloin strips thoroughly in the marinade and let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Carefully add the marinated beef strips to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Lower the heat slightly to medium and add the unsalted butter. Stir gently until melted and coats the beef.
  6. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the Butter Beef and gently stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the Butter Beef to a serving platter and enjoy while warm.
