- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, green pepper, and celery to the skillet. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

- Cook the macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Combine with the beef and veggie mixture.
- Stir in the milk and butter until melted and well combined.
