  • 2 large English Cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 8 ounces Crab (or Imitation Crab) diced
  • 1 large Avocado cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise adjust for creaminess
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional for garnish

Instructions
  1. Slice English cucumbers thinly (1/8-inch) using a mandolin or a sharp knife. Sprinkle with salt and let them drain in a colander for 15-20 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add your drained cucumbers, diced crab (or imitation crab), cubed avocado, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  3. Seal the bowl with a lid or cover with plastic wrap, and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well combined, ensuring everything is coated with the creamy dressing.
