Directions
  1. Brew the tea by starting with ½ cup of chamomile tea. Let it cool to room temperature while preparing the other ingredients.
  2. Peel the large ripe banana and cut it into chunks.
  3. In your blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, milk, and optional ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture turns creamy and smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
