  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro For garnish; can be omitted.

How to Make Camarones a la Diabla
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  2. Add the chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, and tomato sauce. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Incorporate the shrimp into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
