  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil High-quality for best flavor

For the Romesco Sauce
  • 1 cup Roasted Hazelnuts Store-bought saves time
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper Fresh or roasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh cloves preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be substituted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar Substitutable with lemon juice

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven broiler to high.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt.
  3. Grill or broil the broccoli for 8-10 minutes until tender and charred.
  4. In a blender, combine hazelnuts, red bell pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, red wine vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  5. Plate the charred broccoli, drizzle with romesco sauce, and garnish with extra hazelnuts.
