Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef (or pork), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form a small portion of the meat mixture into a flat disc, then place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Wrap the meat around the cheese, rolling it into a ball.
  4. Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  5. Brush each bacon-wrapped ball lightly with BBQ sauce.
  6. Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, brushing with additional BBQ sauce halfway through.
  7. Broil the meatballs for an additional 2-3 minutes for crispy bacon, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Cool slightly, then remove the toothpicks and serve warm.
