  • 2 cups Crushed Corn Flakes Mix with melted butter for topping.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the thawed hash browns, sour cream, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until golden crust develops.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. For added crunch, top with a mix of crushed corn flakes and melted butter during the last few minutes.
