Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
  4. Spread the creamy mashed potatoes over the meat mixture, smoothing it out.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, followed by the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top.
  6. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
