Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the meat mixture by adding ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce into a mixing bowl; mix well.
  3. Shape the bites by taking a small portion of the mixture, flattening it out, and placing cheddar cheese in the center. Mold around the cheese to form a ball.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup and mustard; brush this over the tops of the meatloaf bites.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and tops are caramelized.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
