  • 4 whole Fresh Lychee peeled and pitted
  • 2 cups Hot Water filtered boiling water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes large cubes to minimize dilution
Black Tea Version
  • 1 tea bag Black Tea
  • 1 slice Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Syrup of Choice adjust based on preference

Method
 

Green Tea Version
  1. Steep your jasmine tea leaves in hot filtered water for 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to fully develop. Once done, let it cool completely.
  2. Gently peel the fresh lychee, remove its seeds, and place them in a shaker. Muddle the lychee until its juicy goodness is released, creating a sweet base for your drink.
  3. Add ice cubes to the muddled lychee, then pour in the cooled green tea. Shake well to mix all the refreshing flavors together, and serve in a glass, garnished with a lime slice if desired.
Black Tea Version
  1. For the black tea variation, steep a black tea bag in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Allow it to cool completely, enhancing its robust flavor.
  2. Gently muddle more lychee but this time with a slice of lime to elevate the zing. Add your choice of syrup and the cooled black tea, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Serve the black tea version over ice in beautiful cups, ensuring each glass is adorned with a lime slice for that extra touch of summer flair.
