How to Make Cinnamon Crumb Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the mashed bananas with granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and an egg until smooth and well mixed.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- Prepare the crumb topping by mixing together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter to create coarse crumbs.
- Pour the banana batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
- Bake for 60–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
