How to Make Cinnamon Crumb Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the mashed bananas with granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and an egg until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Prepare the crumb topping by mixing together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter to create coarse crumbs.
  6. Pour the banana batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
  7. Bake for 60–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
