Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Cream the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and well-blended.
  4. Beat in the eggs until fully incorporated, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in the mashed bananas, milk, and Greek yogurt until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients gently until combined.
  7. Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  8. Pour half the banana batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mix over it.
  9. Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix.
  10. Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  11. Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  12. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
