- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
- Cream the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and well-blended.
- Beat in the eggs until fully incorporated, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the mashed bananas, milk, and Greek yogurt until just combined.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently until combined.
- Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pour half the banana batter into the prepared pan, then sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mix over it.
- Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mix.
- Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
