How to Make Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread
- Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine mashed ripe bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add baking soda and salt, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Layer the Batter: Pour half of the batter, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar, layer remaining batter and cinnamon sugar on top.
- Swirl Mixture: Gently swirl through batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
