How to Make Classic Moist Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and stir well to combine.
  4. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  5. Sprinkle the baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture, then gently stir in.
