How to Make Rainbow Spaghetti
- Divide the cooked spaghetti into 6 equal portions and pack each portion into a separate Ziploc bag.
- Add a few drops of food coloring into each bag, along with a portion of the water.
- Seal the bags tightly and give them a gentle shake to blend the spaghetti with the food coloring.
- Let the bags sit for a few minutes to allow the colors to set.
- Melt the butter in a separate pan, then mix it with the remaining water.
- Drain the colored spaghetti thoroughly and toss it with the melted butter mixture.
- Add the freshly grated Parmesan, kosher salt, and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
