  • 1 cup Ground Pork or Shrimp you can swap with chicken or tofu
For the Broth
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth or vegetable broth for vegetarian
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated or freshly minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil olive oil can be used in a pinch
For Garnish and Extra Flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced
  • Optional Vegetables e.g., bok choy, spinach, mushrooms

Preparation
