Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally and then cut them into 3–4 inch pieces, keeping the crust intact.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Then, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meat, chopped shrimp, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Hollow out the bread pieces slightly while maintaining the crust. Fill them generously with the seafood mixture.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
