  • 1 pound fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 7 ounces lump crab meat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley fresh

  • 1 cup marinara sauce zesty
  • 1 cup creamy garlic aioli

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally and then cut them into 3–4 inch pieces, keeping the crust intact.
  3. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Then, chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meat, chopped shrimp, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  5. Hollow out the bread pieces slightly while maintaining the crust. Fill them generously with the seafood mixture.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
