Steps to Make
- In a mixing bowl, combine the full-fat coconut milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and velvety.
- Taste the chocolate mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
- Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
- Gently place popsicle sticks into the filled molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer and chill for 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- When ready to enjoy, run warm water over the outside of each mold to release the popsicles.
