How to Make Dumpling Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large 12x8 inch baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated garlic, and ginger until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you prefer a brothier texture, stir in ¼ cup water to the mixture.
  4. Chop bok choy and slice zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Stir them into the broth mixture.
  5. Lay frozen dumplings in a single layer on top of the broth mixture, gently pressing them down.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake it for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the dumplings are golden and crispy.
  8. Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and cilantro before serving hot over rice or noodles.
