How to Make Dumpling Bake
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large 12x8 inch baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated garlic, and ginger until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a brothier texture, stir in ¼ cup water to the mixture.
- Chop bok choy and slice zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Stir them into the broth mixture.
- Lay frozen dumplings in a single layer on top of the broth mixture, gently pressing them down.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake it for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until the dumplings are golden and crispy.
- Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and cilantro before serving hot over rice or noodles.
