Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Boil a large pot of water, adding one teaspoon of salt. Cook the elbow macaroni for about 6.5 minutes until slightly undercooked. Drain well.
- Combine the drained macaroni with butter in a baking dish. Mix until the butter has melted and lightly coats the pasta.
- Pour in the evaporated milk and crack in the eggs. Season with remaining salt and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- Add your cheese chunks, stirring gently until combined and melted within the mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stir, and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes until golden crust forms.
- Optional: Sprinkle paprika on top before baking.
