Steps
- Brown the beef in a large pot over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cubed Velveeta cheese and Rotel tomatoes to the pot. Stir well and do not drain the tomatoes.
- Stir until smooth, mixing frequently until cheese is melted and the dip is combined, about 5-8 minutes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
