Method
 

Directions
  1. Rinse the Rice: Start by rinsing sushi rice under cold water until clear.
  2. Cook the Rice: Prepare rice according to package instructions and cool to room temperature.
  3. Mix the Seasoning: Combine rice with rice vinegar and mix gently.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Mix imitation crab or shrimp with mayonnaise and sriracha.
  5. Slice the Vegetables: Thinly slice avocado and cucumber.
  6. Assemble the Roll: Lay nori on sushi mat and spread sushi rice on it.
  7. Add the Fillings: Flip nori and layer avocado and cucumber.
  8. Roll It Up: Tightly roll sushi using the bamboo mat and moisten the edge.
  9. Slice and Serve: Slice roll into 6-8 pieces and arrange on a plate.
  10. Top Before Broiling: Spoon seafood mixture on top, drizzle with unagi sauce, and garnish.
  11. Broil for Flavor: Broil topped rolls until bubbly and golden.
