  • 3 medium Bananas Ripe with slight green at the stem
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or Melted Butter For coating
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Brown sugar or coconut sugar preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Adjust to taste

  • 1 cup Chocolate For drizzling or dipping

Method
 

  1. Slice the bananas into even, thin discs, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Toss the banana slices with coconut oil or melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently to coat.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air-fry the banana slices for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  8. Cool the chips on a wire rack once they're finished cooking.
