- Slice the bananas into even, thin discs, aiming for about 1/8 inch thick.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined.
- Toss the banana slices with coconut oil or melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss gently to coat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air-fry the banana slices for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
- Cool the chips on a wire rack once they're finished cooking.
