How to Make Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Rings
- Rinse, dry, and slice apples into ¼-inch rings, removing the cores. Pat them dry thoroughly.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour (add a pinch of salt), one with whisked egg and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with cinnamon and sugar.
- Dip each ring first in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring the coating sticks well.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the coated rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deep golden and crispy.
- Transfer the rings to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar, or drizzle with honey and extra cinnamon.

Notes
These Apple Rings can be served warm with yogurt for added creaminess. Adjust the sweetness in the cinnamon sugar as desired.
