  • 2 tablespoons water or vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha Adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon water To dissolve cornstarch

How to Make Air Fryer Sesame Cauliflower Wings
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Gently break the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, non-dairy milk, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Dip each floret into the batter, then roll in gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through.
  7. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce, honey, water, sesame oil, and vinegar; stir to combine.
  9. Mix in gochujang and sriracha, warming the sauce.
  10. Combine cornstarch and water in a bowl; add to sauce and stir until thickened.
  11. Drizzle sauce over cauliflower wings and toss gently to coat.
