Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crispy crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Warm the flour tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into each tortilla, folding gently and placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Brush the tops of your tacos lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place the assembled tacos in the oven for 15-18 minutes until crisp and cheese is melted.
- Allow the tacos to cool slightly, garnish with fresh green onions, and drizzle additional ranch dressing before serving warm.
