  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Tacos
  • 10-12 small size Flour Tortillas Flour holds up better than corn.
  • Olive Oil Spray/Melted Butter Enhances crispiness.

  • Green Onions Slice and sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Diced Tomatoes Use ripe tomatoes for the best taste.
  • Additional Ranch Dressing Drizzle for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crispy crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas slightly in the microwave or on a skillet.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into each tortilla, folding gently and placing seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. Brush the tops of your tacos lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Place the assembled tacos in the oven for 15-18 minutes until crisp and cheese is melted.
  7. Allow the tacos to cool slightly, garnish with fresh green onions, and drizzle additional ranch dressing before serving warm.
