How to Make Crispy Baked Chicken Taquitos
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Stir until the chicken is well coated and all spices are evenly distributed.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
- Warm each corn tortilla in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a moment before serving.
